Meetings usually occur at Wings Over Miami Air Museum from 0900-1200 hours on Saturdays. The museum is located at Tamiami Airport in the Kendall area of Miami Dade County, Florida. Potential Cadet Members:
What do I have to do to join CAP?
1. Be 12 years of age and complete the 5th grade.
2. Attend 3 squadron meetings to ensure that you like the program and want to join.
3. Complete a Cadet application and submit it with 2 checks made to Civil Air Patrol in the amounts of $44.00 and $10.00
4. Be willing to have fun and learn about aerospace and leadership.

Congratulations on joining C.A.P. Next, be sure to go to the forms page and download the Cadet New Member Packet and the SOP. This will give you all the information of what you need to progress in the squadron and program. You will want to visit www.cap.gov and purchase uniform items from the CAPMart as well.
